The Russian Ministry of Defence said it has intelligence that indicated that the Ukrainian Security Service (SBU) is planning a joined attack with the Azov Special Operations Unit, a former independent militia, integrated into Ukrainian National Forces, according to TASS news agency.
The two allegedly intend to blow up a reactor at the Kharkiv Institute of Physics and Technology, which they will then blame on a missile attack by Moscow. There is a possibility of "radioactive contamination of the area" as a nuclear reactor was reportedly mined.
