Russia's Ministry of Defense claimed on Wednesday that Ukraine is planning to attack it with the rocket systems the United States has supplied it with.

Speaking at a press conference, Colonel-General Mikhail Mizintsev (pictured), the head of Russia's Interdepartmental Coordination Headquarters for Humanitarian Response, stated that Ukraine is preparing to launch the systems in the city of Shostka and fire them toward his country. He added Kiev is planning to provoke Moscow to respond to the attack and then command journalists to take evidence of the attacks and blame Russia for them.

Earlier, US President Joe Biden said the rockets Washington will send to Ukraine will not be able to reach Russia.
