Russia shoots down 16 drones over three regions

The Russian Defense Ministry claimed on Saturday that the country's troops struck 16 unmanned aerial vehicles (UAV) and 21 RM-70 Vampire multiple launch rocket systems (MLRS) over three of its regions.

"Air defense systems on duty destroyed 21 missiles and nine UAVs over the territory of the Belgorod region, and seven UAVs were intercepted and destroyed over the territories of the Kursk and Volgograd regions," the ministry added.
