Russian Foreign Intelligence Service (SVR) Director Sergey Naryshkin said on Tuesday that Russia "categorically rejects" the option to freeze the front lines in the war with Ukraine, insisting on the need for a "solid, long-lasting peace."
Naryshkin claimed Ukraine's Western allies have "stopped thinking about inflicting a strategic defeat on Russia" and are instead focused on "avoiding a strategic defeat." He accused the West of seeking to maintain a "Russophobic, neo-Nazi" government in Kiev.
