Kharkiv Mayor Ihor Terekhov said on Wednesday evening that a Russian guided aerial bomb hit a high-rise residential building in the city, reporting that the strike resulted in casualties.
"As of now, we have information about 12 victims. There may still be people under the rubble," he wrote on Telegram.
Governor of Kharkiv Oblast in Ukraine Oleh Syniehubov shared that a fire broke out at the site.
