Russian Prime Minister Mikhail Mishustin signed a resolution implying an end to Moscow's participation in the Council of Europe's partial and extended partial agreements, according to a document published on the Official Internet Portal for Legal Documentation on Friday.
According to the resolution, Russia ceases participation in the group on international cooperation on drugs and addictions, in the 1990 partial agreement establishing the European Commission for Democracy through Law, prevention and assistance in the event of natural disasters and technological disasters.
Earlier today, the United States Department of Defense announced that the US will be sending an additional $820 million in security assistance funds for Ukraine.
