Kremlin spokesperson Dmitry Peskov stated on Tuesday that the government has not received any communication from Kiev regarding the planned ceasefire from May 8 to 10.
"So far, unfortunately, we have not heard from the Kiev representatives ... there is not a single statement that would talk about readiness to join this festive truce," Peskov told journalists.
Russia is preparing for the celebration of Victory Day, with world leaders in attendance, including Chinese President Xi Jinping.
