Wholesale inventories in the United States grew by 1.9% in June compared to May and amounted to $896 billion, the Census Bureau said in a release on Wednesday. Inventories jumped 25.6% from May 2021.
Sales of merchant wholesalers were at $696 billion in May, up 0.5% from April, and the percentage change from April 2022 to May 2022 was revised from 1.8% to 1.9%.
