Ukrainian peace negotiator and adviser to President Volodymyr Zelensky, Mykhailo Podolyak, in a post on his Telegram channel blasted Russia, accusing the country of only being able to open fire at unarmed civilians.
Podolyak blasted the country for objecting to Ukrainians receiving military aid from its allies. "They absolutely schizophrenically believe that they have the right to destroy all (I emphasize - all) types of heavy weapons of civilians in a completely sovereign another state," he wrote.
