Regional authorities plan to hold an emergency meeting after Ukrainian unmanned aerial vehicles (UAVs) damaged 14 apartment buildings in the city of Rostov-on-Don, according to Yuri Slyusar, the governor of the Rostov region.
"According to updated information as of 06:30, windows and window frames in 14 apartment buildings in Rostov-on-Don were damaged. Rescue teams are working on the scene, and buses have also arrived to warm up evacuated residents," Slyusar wrote on Telegram, adding that a meeting of the emergency commission is scheduled for the morning.
Additionally, the governor stated that the municipal commission would assess the damage caused and that temporary accommodations had been established for those affected by the attack.
