Russian air forces are facing problems in supporting the military operation in Ukraine due to issues with the aircrew, the United Kingdom Ministry of Defense said in its last Intelligence Report.
The report mentions that Moscow is using retired personnel to conduct air missions on Ukraine, which is "likely due to a combination of Russia's insufficient numbers of suitably trained personnel and its combat losses."
Wagner aircraft, continued the report, are highly likely, "older models of the Su-25" and Russian air force are not "providing Wagner with up-to-date avionics equipment."
