Russian armed forces have "liberated" Krasnogorovka, Grigorovka, Galitsynovka and Vodyanoye in the self-proclaimed Donetsk People's Republic (DPR) over the past 24 hours, the Russian Ministry of Defense reported on Tuesday.
"As a result of coordinated actions by units of the Vostok group of forces, the settlement of Vodyanoye in the Donetsk People's Republic was liberated," the Russian Defense Ministry shared on its Telegram channel, making it the fourth DPR settlement to be taken over the past day.
The units of the "Vostok" military group also captured Ukrainian Armed Forces positions earlier this month, with Russian President Vladimir Putin commenting that the Russian military hasn't had "such a pace of offensive in a long time."
