Ryanair Holdings plc said on Monday that its revenue for the first quarter of its fiscal 2024 amounted to €3.6 billion.
In the quarter ending June 30, profit after tax soared 290% year on year to €663 million, while earnings per share in the three-month period stood at 58.22 cents. The number of customers rose by 11% on an annual basis to reach 50.4 million.
The low-cost airline said it expects traffic in its fiscal 2024 to increase by approximately 9% to 183.5 million, which is less than earlier anticipated as a result of Boeing delivery delays in spring and in autumn 2023.
