The traffic restriction at Saratov Airport entered into force at 5:45 am CET, while the airport in Volgograd was shut down 15 minutes later. The information was shared on a Rosaviatsiya representative's Telegram channel, which also added the smaller Penza Regional Airport to the list without disclosing further reasons for the embargo.
