Siemens AG unveiled on Thursday that its revenue in the third quarter of its fiscal 2024 gained 4% on an annual level to reach €18.9 billion. In the three months ending June 30, net income surged 48% year over year to €2.1 billion, while diluted earnings per share jumped 56% to €2.48.
In the first nine months of the fiscal year, on an annual basis, revenue rose 1.4% to €55.1 billion, net income increased 4.5% to €6.9 billion, and diluted EPS was up 3%, coming in at €8.
Talking about its full-year outlook, the company said it expects "profitable growth of our Industrial Business overall to drive an increase in basic EPS from net income before purchase price allocation accounting (EPS pre PPA) to a range of €10.40 to €11.00 in fiscal 2024." "Continuing high demand for electrification continues to benefit us," CEO Roland Busch said.
