Cloud software vendor HashiCorp has filed to go public on Thursday, trading under the ticker "HCP" on the New York Stock Exchange.
The San Francisco-based company, named after co-founder Mitchell Hashimoto, "partners with the world’s top technology and solutions vendors, making it easier for organizations to provision, secure, connect, and run their applications in any environment," listing featured partners such as Microsoft, Google and Cisco on its website.
Investors in the company include venture capital firms Mayfield, GGV Capital and Redpoint.
