South Korea's Constitutional Court has dismissed the impeachment of Prime Minister Han Duck-soo (pictured), reinstating him as acting president.

The court ruled 5-1 against the impeachment, with two justices rejecting the motion outright.

Lawmakers impeached Han in December, citing his alleged involvement in President Yoon Suk-yeol's brief declaration of martial law.
