South Korean Foreign Minister Cho Tae-yul stated on Friday at a press conference in Ottawa that his country will be observing to what extent North Korea will be engaged in the Russian army and what it will get in return.

Cho added that all the options are on the table when it comes to his country providing more weapons to Ukraine to support it in its effort to repel Russia's military operation.

Previously, National Security Bureau Director Shin Won-sik insisted that South Korea will not be sending its soldiers to fight in Ukraine.
