Spain beats Italy 1-0 at Euro 2024, qualifies for last 16

Spain outclassed Italy on Thursday to win the Group B match 1-0. While Spain dominated the pitch and had nine shots on target to Italy's one, the only goal was an own goal from Italy's Riccardo Calafiori in the 55th minute.

Having played two games each, Spain is at the top of Group B with six points and has already qualified for the next stage of the tournament. Italy has three points, while Albania and Croatia have one each. Albania will face off against Spain on Monday, and Croatia will play Italy.
