Costco Wholesale Corp. revealed on Thursday that its net sales in the second quarter of its fiscal 2025 stood at $62.53 billion, increasing by 9.1% compared to the same quarter from the previous year.
The warehouse store company's total revenue was $63.7 billion during the second trimester, gaining 9% year over year, and surpassing analysts' expectations. Net income and diluted earnings per share (EPS) both increased by 2.5% on an annual basis to clock in at $1.8 billion and $4.02, respectively.
The company's stocks went down by 1.33% in the after-hours trading after the report was published to sell at $1013 apiece.
