"Temporary restrictions on the arrival and departure of aircraft at 06:55 Moscow time have been introduced at St. Petersburg's Pulkovo Airport," the agency said in a statement.

It is unknown whether the restrictions, which apply to both inbound and outbound flights, are related to hostile drone activity.
