Starmer, Macron reaffirm support for Ukraine

British Prime Minister Keir Starmer (pictured right) hosted French President Emmanuel Macron (left) for a dinner on Thursday. The two discussed a range of geopolitical and economic issues, as well as the bilateral relationship, Macron said.

The French president added that he and Starmer reaffirmed their commitment to supporting Ukraine as the war with Russia nears its third anniversary. They also talked about the situation in the Middle East and prepared for the upcoming Franco-British Summit, which will take place in the United Kingdom.
