Tesla jumps almost 18% after Trump's tariff delay

Tesla Inc. shares jumped 16% after United States President Donald Trump shook the markets again, delaying and lowering reciprocal tariffs he previously imposed on other countries for 90 days.

The markets were quick to respond to Trump's announcement, with the Dow Jones skyrocketing more than 7% and the Nasdaq 100 surging over 8%.

Meanwhile, the tech giant's stock expanded 17.61% at 2:01 pm ET and sold for $260.56 apiece.
