Elon Musk’s Tesla Inc. will cut 693 positions in its Gigafactory in Nevada, according to a warning notice list updated by the Nevada Department of Employment, Training and Rehabilitation on Friday.

The layoffs will be effective in June and will reduce the number of employees which reached 12,000 by 2022 in the factory.

These new dismissals come following similar measures taken in California and Texas, impacting almost 6,000 employees and in Germany, where the reduction will be 400 jobs.
