Iranian Foreign Minister Seyed Abbas Araghchi (pictured) and Tunisian Foreign Minister Mohamed Ali Nafti discussed the Palestinian issue and regional developments in a phone call on Saturday, the Iranian foreign ministry announced.

Araghchi praised Tunisia's ongoing support for Palestine and condemned what he called a "colonial plot" to erase Palestine by forcibly displacing its people. He urged a united global response against this move and criticized US President Donald Trump's stance on Gaza.

Nafti emphasized the need for international action to uphold the ceasefire in Gaza and protect Palestinians. He reaffirmed that Gaza and the West Bank are inseparable parts of Palestine and rejected any attempt to remove Palestinians from their land.
