An interim tribunal for Ukrainian "militants" will be held in Donetsk People's Republic, most likely in Mariupol, the self-proclaimed republic's official Elena Shishkina told RIA Novosti on Thursday.
As there were crimes committed against Russian citizens during the shelling of the Belgorod region in Russia, the DPR can not exclude that a part of the tribunal could be held on Russian territory, she added.
The DPR announced earlier that it is collecting evidence of the crimes carried out by the Ukrainian military and Shishkina clarified today that the tribunal's charter will comply with all the international human rights conventions.
