Earlier today, the company informed the Securities and Exchange Commission about a modification made to its website. This update guides "long-term shareholders who believe in the Company's future" on measures to prevent their shares from being lent out for short selling.
The company's stock jumped 16.70% to sell at $30.85 apiece at 10:47 am ET.
