Former US President Donald Trump claimed on Friday that, if reelected, he will hand over power peacefully to the next one succeeding him.

"Of course," Trump asserted while reflecting on the topic in an interview with radio host Hugh Hewitt. "And I did that this time. And I'll tell you what. The election was rigged, and we have plenty of evidence of it. But I did it anyway."

During the interview, the former president also said that he would debate if the 2024 presidential race was tight and another GOP candidate left after the New Hampshire primary.
