Trump contrasts 'obliteration' in Iran with Afghanistan pullout

United States President Donald Trump told supporters in Iowa that under his leadership, the US won't repeat mistakes like the former administration's Afghanistan withdrawal, which he called "the most embarrassing day in the history of our country."

He said, "We don't have days like that. We have days like we just had in Iran."

Trump described the late June strikes on Iranian nuclear sites as "complete obliteration," claiming US forces hit "every single target."
