Trump endorses Jimmy Patronis in Florida GOP primary

United States Donald Trump endorsed Florida Chief Financial Officer Jimmy Patronis for Congress in a Truth Social post. Patronis, a fourth-generation Floridian and seafood restaurant owner, is running in Florida's 1st Congressional District. Trump praised him as a loyal ally who will help grow the economy, cut taxes, secure the border and strengthen the military.

Trump urged voters to support Patronis in the primary election on April 1, emphasizing his trust in him to fight for conservative values. He highlighted Patronis' commitment to defending the Second Amendment and restoring American energy dominance.

"Jimmy has my Complete and Total Endorsement — HE WILL NEVER LET YOU DOWN!" Trump wrote, encouraging Floridians to turn out on Election Day.
