Trump expressed sadness at medevac jet crash

United States President Donald Trump expressed his sorrow at the deadly medevac jet crash in Philadelphia, which had six people including a pediatric patient on board as well as the earlier passenger plane crash in Washington.

"So sad to see the plane go down in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. More innocent souls lost. Our people are totally engaged," Trump wrote on Truth Social, adding that first responders were "doing a great job."

Earlier, US Secretary of Transportation Sean Duffy wrote on X that he "offered the full support of the " US Department of Transportation "to the Governor and local officials."
