Trump reiterates wish for ‘fair’ NAFTA

United States President Donald Trump said that he is looking to either renovate or create a new North American Free Trade Agreement (NAFTA), but that he would rather add another “F” to the acronym, which would represent “fair” conditions for all parties.

Trump said the process of renewed NAFTA talks need to be accelerated as the agreement is currently harming US workers and businesses.

The president said that Wilbur Ross will be representing the US in the talks and praised his Wall Street experience. Trump added Ross “will be fair” to Canada and Mexico.

Trump commented at changing the rules of free trade in North America will be a “tremendous” thing for the US.
