Former United States President Donald Trump took to social media to express his displeasure with the latest verdict in the E. Jean Carroll defamation case.
"Absolutely ridiculous! I fully disagree with both verdicts, and will be appealing this whole [US President Joe] Biden Directed Witch Hunt focused on me and the Republican Party," the ex-head of state complained in a post published on Truth Social.
He went on to say that the country's legal system is "out of control, and being used as a Political Weapon." He insisted that his First Amendment rights have been "taken away."
