Former United States President and Republican presidential nominee Donald Trump announced on Tuesday, using his social media platform Truth Social, that he will do "a major interview" with billionaire Elon Musk on Monday, August 12.
During a rally in Atlanta, Georgia, on Saturday, Trump said that he is "for electric cars," adding that he has to be after Musk endorsed him "very strongly" after the shooting at his rally in Pennsylvania.
Back in May, media outlets reported that the former president and billionaire were negotiating a potential advisory role for Musk if Trump wins the November presidential election, which Musk later denied.
