United States President Donald Trump said that "a freeze on all foreign aid" was one of the first achievements of his presidency and touted his actions to pull the US out of the Paris Climate Accord and the World Health Organization (WHO).
"Every day, my administration is fighting to deliver the change America needs to bring a future that America deserves," Trump said during his address to a joint session of Congress.
Trump also praised his executive orders etsablishing English as the official language of the US, as well as renaming the Gulf of Mexico to the "Gulf of America."
