Trump wouldn't have family in his admin again

Former United States President Donald Trump stated during an interview with Fox News that if he were to win the presidency in 2024, he would not consider his family members when staffing the executive branch.

Trump singled out his daughter Ivanka Trump, her husband Jared Kushner and his son Donald Trump Jr., among others, when saying they would not be part of the White House staff, as he "wouldn't put them through that again."

Trump said his decision is a response to being targeted with indictments and impeachments during his previous term and that not including his family members in his administration would help alleviate potential legal challenges they may face.
