Former United States President Donald Trump during a rally in South Carolina, highlighted what he perceives as a crucial issue in the United States, the country's alleged decline.

Trump contended that the real problem is not Joe Biden's decline, but the fact that he is contributing to America's overall decline. According to Trump, Biden's alleged connections with Ukraine and China are a cause for concern, with Trump claiming that Biden receives financial benefits from China.

During the rally, Trump went a step further by praising Chinese President Xi Jinping, referring to him as a "brilliant guy" who controls a population of 1.4 billion.
