Former United States President Donald Trump urged the current administration to take action against Big Tech giants every time they silence conservative voices, signaling out Twitter, Google LLC and Facebook Inc.
The former head of state added that in the event the federal government refuses to act, every state in the US where the Republican party holds majority should impose "major sanctions" against the companies responsible for such actions.
Trump's own accounts on several platforms have been restricted after he was accused of inciting his supporters to enter the Capitol building in January while Congress was in session, with Google-owned Youtube indefinitely extending its suspension, while Twitter banned the former head of state altogether.
