United States President Donald Trump declared "Liberation Day" in Washington D.C. on Monday, vowing to reclaim the capital and eliminate disorder.
"LIBERATION DAY IN D.C. WE ARE TAKING OUR CAPITAL BACK!!!," the American head of state wrote. "Washington, D.C. will be LIBERATED today! Crime, Savagery, Filth, and Scum will DISAPPEAR. I will, MAKE OUR CAPITAL GREAT AGAIN! The days of ruthlessly killing, or hurting, innocent people, are OVER! I quickly fixed the Border (ZERO ILLEGALS in last 3 months!), D.C. is next!!! Thank you for your attention to this matter. President DJT," Trump added in a separate post.
The president announced that the crime in the special district is "totally out of control" last week, stating that he may bring it under federal jurisdiction.
