Former United States President Donald Trump insisted on Saturday that if he wins in Virginia, he will win the whole 2024 presidential election.
At a rally in Salem, Virginia, Trump said that while "low IQ" Vice President Kamala Harris "broke" the country, he plans to "fix it." "America will be bigger, better, bolder, richer, and stronger than ever before," he exclaimed.
Throughout history, both the Democratic and the Republican Party saw success in Virginia. In more recent times, while Republicans held it down until 2004 in the presidential elections, starting 2008, Democrats have been dominating. The most recent poll from Roanoke College suggests that Harris extended her lead in the state.
