Turkish Foreign Minister Hakan Fidan expressed Ankara's appreciation for China's support for the two-state solution with regard to the conflict between Israel and Palestine on Tuesday, underlining that Ankara and Beijing will join efforts to establish a ceasefire in the Gaza Strip.
"Some countries that provide weapons and political support to Israel are complicit in Israel's genocide," Fidan stated during the joint press conference with his Chinese counterpart Wang Yi. The Chinese foreign minister also stressed that Ankara and Beijing support Palestinian full membership within the United Nations.
