Turkish Foreign Minister Hakan Fidan (pictured) stated on Saturday that Israel's military actions in Lebanon and Gaza are compelling Iran to take necessary measures. After discussions with Iranian Foreign Minister Abbas Araghchi, Fidan criticized Israel for escalating tensions and attempting to drag Iran into the ongoing conflict. He expressed concern over the potential for the conflict to spread throughout the region.
Araghchi shared these concerns, calling the current state of affairs in Lebanon alarming. He noted that while Iran seeks to reduce tensions, it remains ready for any outcome. "The possibility of war in the region is always serious, and no one other than the Zionist regime wants that to happen," Arghachi stated.
