Turkish Foreign Minister Mevlut Cavusoglu reiterated on Thursday that he does not see any signs Finland and Sweden are fulfilling the memorandum of understanding they signed with Ankara upon formally starting the process to join the North Atlantic Treaty Organization (NATO).
Speaking at a press conference, Cavusoglu reaffirmed his recent statement in which he accused Helsinki and Stockholm of not extraditing Turkish citizens who are members of organizations that Ankara perceives as terrorist groups.
His remarks came following the reports Sweden has conducted its first extradition of a Turkish citizen to their home country.
