Turkish Airlines postpones all flights to Iran

Turkish Airlines canceled all remaining flights to and from Iran for Saturday due to tensions in the region between Israel and Iran, with flights expected to resume on Sunday, Anadolu News reported late Friday.

"In coming hours, the world will witness extraordinary scenes and very important developments," an Iranian state TV anchor said in a live program focused on Tehran's retaliation against Israel over the assassination of Hamas chief Ismail Haniyeh.

Turkey previously declared a day of mourning over the incident.
