Polish Prime Minister Donald Tusk stated on Saturday that the country's President Andrzej Duda will likely visit Washington DC and meet with his United States counterpart-elect Donald Trump in the near future.
Speaking at a press conference in Warsaw, Tusk expressed his hopes for a continued successful partnership between Poland and the US, "especially in the context of Ukraine," as Duda and Trump have had a good relationship.
Tusk's comments came after the report Tusk will travel to the US to meet with Trump next Friday.
