At least two people died and four were injured in Russia's latest attack on the city of Sumy in northeastern Ukraine, local authorities said on Sunday. The airstrike also caused damage to houses and vehicles.
The regional military administration said that emergency services are working to clear the rubble and that medical attention has been provided to the injured people, who include two children.
