The St. Paul Police Department reported that at least two people were killed in a shooting in Minnesota state capital near a senior living community, while several others suffered gunshot wounds.
"The gun violence in St. Paul this weekend is unacceptable. I'm committed to increasing public safety funding, getting illegal guns off the streets, and addressing gang activity to curb the cycle of violence," Minnesota Governor Tim Walz said.
On February 24, three teen boys were wounded in a drive-by shooting, but suffered no life-threatening injuries.
