Thyssenkrupp Nucera: IPO values firm at €2.53B

ThyssenKrupp AG and Industrie De Nora S.p.A. announced on Wednesday that the initial public offering (IPO) share price for their joint venture ThyssenKrupp Nucera AG & Co. KGaA will stand at €20.

ThyssenKrupp Nucera would thus be valued at €2.53 billion, the companies added in a statement. "As part of the IPO, BNP Paribas Asset Management UK Limited (BNPP) and Energy Solutions Company (ESC), a wholly owned subsidiary of the [Saudi Arabia] Public Investment Fund (PIF), will purchase at the final offer price 4,250,000 shares and 7,578,900 shares, respectively," of 30,262,250 shares that ThyssenKrupp Nucera will list in total, ThyssenKrupp and De Nora specified.

Green hydrogen technology company ThyssenKrupp Nucera is expected to make its stock market debut on the Frankfurt Stock Exchange under the ticker symbol NCH2 on July 7.
