The United Nations' International Organization for Migration (IOM) stated on Tuesday that at least 3 million Ukrainians have now been forced to flee to neighboring countries since the start of the conflict with Russia. The agency warned that "millions more may be affected if the war does not end."
Among the refugees are 157,000 third-country nationals, the IOM said. It added that there are also "millions" of internally displaced Ukrainians, and those unable to leave the country.
