US Space Command willing to share info with Russia

Stephen Whiting, the commander of the United States Space Command, expressed his willingness to engage in a reciprocal exchange of space-relevant information with Russia on Wednesday.

Whiting told RIA Novosti that it is "important" for spacefaring nations to share information so as to avoid any misunderstandings as they conduct space-related activities.

"At the moment, I don't have any contact with Russia," Whiting shared, stressing, however, that he is receptive to the idea of "sharing security information" with the country.
